Daily Order Cut Off Time

Any order received after 2pm will ship on the following business day if stock is available. If the purchased product is stated “Available for Pre-Order Purchase” or “Available on backorder” then the processing of that order will be made the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE: If the product is listed as “Available For Pre-Order Purchase” or “Available on backorder” then the delivery/shipping time will be approximately 8-12+ weeks due to possible international shipping delays caused by the Covid pandemic and potential lockdown situations in each country.

If the product is purchased during a “Sale Event” then due to large numbers of orders and processing of those orders along with any items that would need to be shipped from the factory in Italy, (pending shipping delays as stated above) the delivery times will be delayed, thus the approximate delivery times will be 2-4+ weeks during any sale event.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Christchurch and take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive in the North Island. If you live in the South Island, your order will most likely arrive within 2 or 3 business days.

Overnight Shipping Terms

Sorry, but currently overnight shipping is not available.

We will be evaluating the best options for our customers to receive overnight shipping and will be posted to our website asap when available

Shipping Company Options

We use New Zealand Post, CourierPost, Fastway New Zealand, Mainfreight and Toll New Zealand as our shipping providers depending on availability at the time of order processing.

Delivery Address / Post Office Boxes

Sorry, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes so we’ll need a residential or commercial street address to ship your order to.

* All shipping prices are subject to change without notice. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events could cause delays for delivery services. When the delay is due to an act of nature, shipping refunds are not issued.
